Alex Recognized That an Authentic Greek Restaurant With Home Cooked Traditional Greek Fare Was Missing From Northern New Jersey; he Did Not Hesitate To Take the Opportunity To Create Stamna. From the First Week That Stamna Opened Its’ Doors To the Public, It Had and Continues To Receive A Large Number of Excellent Reviews From Various Magazines and News Media Outlets Including But Not Limited To: Zagat, the New York Times, and Many More.
